Hey, it’s Shae & Karisa with Over the Counter! Today we are talking to Christian Hagen, Personal Trainer at the Wellness Center. He enjoys long walks, is a bit of a "foodie", and relocated here from Rapid City. We spent the hour getting to know him and his personal training philosophy, as well as his vision for developing new fitness classes for the Wellness Center.
